When will I receive my items?

All DK Avenue products are made-to-order. This means your item will usually ship within 2-4 business days however we ask to allow 4-7 business days for your items to arrive to you once they are shipped.

Typical Production Timescales

Different products have different production times, they currently are:

  • Message Card Products: 1-3 Business days

  • Engrave Only Products (Watches, engraved pendants, stamped items): 2-3 Business days.

  • Graphic Products (Heart, circle, and dog tag graphical jewelry): 2-4 Business days.

**Please be aware that Holidays and busier seasons will extend production time frames.

International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.

Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.

Please note, we work with different suppliers for certain items so they may ship and arrive separately even though they are ordered at the same time. 

Please contact sales@dkavenue.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the couriers tracking system.

 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER:

We offer Package Protection for $2.98 you can pay at checkout for your orders, which we recommend.

The following terms apply for paid package protection:

  • The earliest claim time is 2 business days after tracking shows delivered (to allow for carriers who occasionally mislabel shipments)

  • The latest claim time is 15 days from the date delivered.

  • If you do not receive your item and it is marked as delivered and you did not purchase package protection then you will have to file a claim through your local USPS office. *We are not responsible for your item once USPS takes possession.

What is your exchange policy?

Due to the products being made to order we do not offer exchanges; we do however offer a full replacement if your product has been damaged.

Simply email our support team – support@dkavenue.com with your name, order #, a photo of the product and reason.

* requests must be requested within 14 days from the date your items were delivered

How secure is my personal information?

DK Avenue uses industry-standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run data center.
